Will left by my mother

Absa has a very bad customer service my mom who is Joyce mdhluli died in June 2020 she left a will with absa to protect her assets we now recieved a copy of the will saying absa will no longer stand for us on that will now we about to loose my mother's house they want to sell it we will be left homeless.
