Will for the deseased

Im highly disappointed with Absa, a year later after my sisters passing we are still battling as my sister had a Will.. I was never assisted in correct manner and had to run after Sarita and all branches to try to get answers. how can a person have a Will than Absa claims they cat use it its up to them how they share whatever the late had.. But all they call me about is that I must pay off debts of the deceased. I will go through all channels to get to the bottom of this.
