Will Department

I have been trying to cancel this will I had with Absa for 10 years now, i forward the documentations and still money gets taken out my account, who the hell has control over your staff and there duties cause it sure out of hand. The best answer i get is that they did not receive the documentation but so funny I did the same thing 10 years in a row and sent documentation and guess what i sent it again last week and the prior week and dame can you believe ABSA took money out my account once again. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. Who ever is in control of the staff you are for sure not even doing your job because nothing gets done. I want my money back and this sorted out ASAP.
