Will Anybody even try and assist - I DONT KNOW

Absa insurance is not helping. 27 November 2022 I logged a fault with my geyser. Absa appointed FOGI (plumber) who attended and said it was the thermostat ( taking into account there was very little pressure and no hot water) On 28 November 2022 they replaced the thermostat and i paid my excess. All along the pressure was minimum but i assumed its a general water issue in our area) On 29 December 2022 I notice water in the hall right above where my geyser is - my husband got into the roof and we discovered the geyser is leaking - not gushing just leaking - our insulation which is 135 mm thick was soaked - again I call ABSA - they send out a plumber again on the 30th - he says he was send for leaking pipe? So showed up without a geyser He then confirmed yes the geyser is leaking - closes the tap on geyser and only comes back on the 1st of January to replace the geyser. During the replacement they did not tighten all the pipes which cause a huge further leak in my roof damaging more ceilings than initially and even walls - wood floors and tiles. ( I have not paid the new excess cause I am not confident that the first time round it was the thermostat) I got 2 calls from independent contractors calling me Mr Singh ( I am female) and then a day later calling me Ms Lam ( not me not same address) I am not sure how ABSA is giving my number to different contractors for different issues - seems strange. Now today 5 January I have not received a call from any builder or contractor to even assess the damage by they geyser and the plumber? When will anybody assist - I dont know
