Wilhelm Lourens from ABSA George - Arrogant and unhelpful

So called Business Banker Wilhelm Lourens from ABSA Business Banking in George Westen Cape has the audacity to tell me, a business owner, in writing that he has the right to not provide me with good service, as "they," I presume he is referring to, ABSA, is not happy with the way I handle my accounts. This is after he has never assisted me at all, and I told him I am not happy with his service. I think I am taking my business elsewhere, as fast as possible. This is not the first time I have had to deal with his and ABSA's incompetence. The other day, they closed 2 of by Trust accounts by mistake as they did not check the details before closing the accounts, and then told me they can't reopen the accounts. After I complained, they suddenly were able to reopen the accounts. ABSA is absolutely useless!
