Why wont you email me my balance statements

I'm so so tired of this. It's like I have to beg ABSA LOANS to email me my balance statement every month. I'm currently under debt review and pay my account through my debt counsellor. I have complained about this before, that all I want is for my balance to be emailed to me every month end and still to date, no one even bothers. Why is that? I don't even know how much I owe now, for months, I am in the dark. Can someone email me my balance?
