WHY PAY FOR A PRODUCT OR SERVICE IF YOUR PORTFOLIO IS FROZEN?

I cant imagine how many years I banked at Absa, until once December almost 5 years ago, my ENTIRE PORTFOLIO was blocked because Absa saw that I was insolvent (for almost 10 years). At that stage I was using an cheque account with overdraft, had been given a personal loan and revolving loan (in the time I was liquidated) but someone woke up and froze my entire portfolio. A long story short.... I am unable to transact on ANY of my accounts. I have a "solution" account which is for people who have been insolvent or under debt review, but not even this account can be used. I had to open a account at Standard Bank. On 6 September 2020 money was accidently paid into my Absa account. Transaction fees of R1768.79 was deducted from my account. I went to an Absa branch and tried to get the money back. The branch manager informed me that it had to be referred to the Regional Manager - who of course after a week declined my request to be refunded. My point I am trying to make is that I dont mind paying for something I can use!! I have 2 savings accounts that I know has huge outstanding balances, but whether I pay it, I am still unable to use it as my ENTIRE PORTFOLIO is frozen. So I would then like the following to happen. The "transaction fee" of R1768.79 that I paid to be refunded and ALL MY ABSA savings accounts to be closed because WHY PAY IF I CANT TRANSACT from it. Those accounts will keep accruing fees and I will not pay money into them because I cannot use them!!! Please refund me my money, because why pay for something I still cannot use, and please close those accounts!!
