Why is my account closed now

Why was my account closed without my concern, I opened this account a month ago and now I cant access the account because it was closed. Why I don't know. I spoke to the ***** department they confirmed all is well, I then spoke to general enquiries they also cant explain why my cheque account was closed. Why are you guys so inconvenient just a few months ago a had a complain about yawl. I think its about time I accept that my business with Absa is over.
