Why is ABSA Vehicle finance is still doing business with a shady car dealership.

The bank has taken the matter up with the dealer and they claim that the dealer has an agreement with me but I know that there is no written proof, I tried calling ABSA but can’t get through.

ABSA finance seems to chose to continue having a business relationship with a shady dealership knowing that sold me a vehicle that is not as advertised. Shame on ABSA vehicle finance for not standing and continuing dealing with a shady dealership even though they have an email from the dealership admitting to the shady deal without any written proof to the contrary.
