Why is Absa still freezing accounts. Who gives them the right to make decisions over other peoples money

Absa Modimolle freezed our Church account and now we cannot pay Sars and all our other accounts.The reason is Fica How can they just freeze your money. we are looking for other bank now. We also ask them to just transfer the money to another account so that we can pay accounts. They dont want to.We did hand in our documents but they can only help us Monday. Meanwhile our internet, Sars, and all our other accounts will be in arrears. Is there any way they can help us today.!!!
