Why does ABSA keep locking my ability to spend on my bank cards!!!! AAARRRRRGGGGGTGG

I have NO IDEA why I am constantly having to phone ABSA to get the hold status off my banking cards, I am UNABLE to use either one of my cards, neither cheque nor credit card, I am INFURTIATED, then I call Absa and dont get their STUPID POP up, have to answer security questions about how long i have had my insurance - WHO THE HELL KEEPS TRACK OF THAT!! i just want to access my money in my back account. ABSA, do i close my ABSA accounts and move everything to Discovery Bank? I AM FED UP!
