Why do I not receive a statement?
At the end of last year Absa phoned me saying I was R 100 in arrears on my personal loan account. A month prior to that a lady I spoke to on the phone gave me the amount I needed to pay. The reason I paid the incorrect amount is because Absa never sends me a statement of loan even though I have requested a statement multiple times. I have had this loan from August 2014 and have not once received a loan statement from Absa. Can you please send me my loan statement urgently?
