why complicate online banking?
I get so irritated every time I log onto ABSA online banking<br> Stop messing around with something that wasn't broken. Keep it simple and don't make me choose 3 steps to do one simple transaction. And if you going to change it the just do it. Now i keep going to the old page where I am comfortable and as far as I am concerned it works better the 'original' way. Maybe you are all bored and wanted a change of scenery?
