Why are you not paying My Value Added Products?

I have 2 products with innovation group, the Scratch & dent cover and Tyre and Rim cover which are paid for via ABSA Vehicle finance. Innovation Group claims that they last received payments for the scratch & dent cover a while back. I need to know why they have this view, kindly confirm the historical distribution of payment for both products. When was the first payment for each product and until when will the payments continue for each?

I need this information in writing as this does not make sense to me,
