Why am I receiving emails and SMS messages to pay my personal loan urgently after settling the personal loan early and almost a year ago??

It is absolutely ridiculous how I am receiving emails and sms messages that states I need to pay my personal loan urgently (Which has been payed of a year ago and closed) or I will be reported to the credit bureau? What is going on ABSA?? Please get your systems in order or I will be forced to move banks. I spent almost an hour trying to get a hold of a consultant that can assist me with this spending my own airtime. After finally reaching someone that could assist me they promised me this would be fixed and I wont receive messages like this again. With no surprise the emails and sms messages has not stopped.
