Why advertise study loans if you not going to traet it as such
I’ve has a study lone for my son for the past 3 years with Absa. When I tried to renew the interest only payment for this year the loan was declined. I now have to pay the full amount. I have not missed a single payment in this 3 years. I also have an excellent credit record. The main reason for a study loan is to only pay interest while my son is studying. No reasonable explanation has been given for declining the loan. I would appreciate if my application can be re-evaluated.
