Why a Service fee and an Account fee on Credit cards?

The fees on the credit cards are starting to annoy me, its impossible to settle the credit card let me break it up for you

Financing fees R 61.49 Life Credit Insurance R 11.90 Service Fee R25.00 Account Fee R21.00 Total R119.39

You have given me a promotional discount for having a debit and credit card so you waived the R25, but then you just add the R21 to cover for the "promo" discount you have app**** !!!!

Isnt a Service fee and an account fee the same thing and if not please do tell me what is the differences, I am just sick an tired of paying for every single feature, you have to pay per sms fee, per R100 drawn, so much fees??????

Other credit service providers only charge a service, its the first time I see this new account fee? My account has never been in arrears so why do you charge an account fee you can keep your statements and everything that is so much effort for you that you have to charge for every single thing !!!! If you have noticed I have only app**** for a loan very long ago and will never apply for a loan because there is also so much fees, do the customers also have to pay for the paper and ink when filling out forms at your bank???
