Why???

2013 I was unemployed and could not make any payments on my Absa personalloan. I phoned Absa to make arrangements to this matter but i received no feedback. My account was then sent to Absa Legal department and they phoned me once a month to make arangements when they can take money from my account and how much.Ever since I started to pay my personal loan again I did not skip one month but now on my credit reports it shows that on January 2015 I am 30 daysbehind again.On my bankstatements it shows that i paid Desember 2014 and January 2015. How can this be??
