Who is transferring my hard earned cash

Deductions from my account without my consent. Contacted several numbers (even the number they sent on the sms) and no one can trace what happened or why, I received an Sms saying it's for AVAF, which is Vehicle and Asset Finance accounts. I do not have a account as such. I phoned their legal department and they said I am not handed over to them. They refuse to return the money because they can't trace who approved the deduction to be made. No arrangements what so ever was made for the money to be transferred. I went into the bank they also tried phoning the different departments, I left the bank still unsatisfied. Been with absa for 10 years and the last 2 years I only had issues. Its December and i am a single mom who is suppose to send my daughter to GR1 in January, the amount taken from my account will make this impossible to do.
