who is the bank manager

I was helped by a lady at client sevices ad Absa bank!! I have debit orders on my account and didn't know for who it was so I asked her to look for who its was!! Firts she told me I don't have full power on my husbands account (wich I have)! When I looked on the computer it wasn't my husbands account!!! Secondly When I asked her to see the bank manager she told me that she is the bank manager! She had no name on so I don't't know her name! I can't beleve a lady that can't even tipe a correct account number on the computer can be the manager of the bank!! And her attitude stinks!!! And I waited in a que of 6 persons more than an hour to be served!!!!
