WHO IS DORA - DOES SHE EVEN EXIST IN VEHICLE FINANCE

After MONTHS AND MONTHS of trying to get hold of anyone at ABSA or ABSA Vehicle Finance to assist me i am still left with no help at all. I have been unemployed since December, I get calls from the collections department after i ALREADY tried to reach and i emailed ABSA Vehicle finance on various occassions to ask for them to restructure my vehicle finance until i am again employed. Everyone refers me to DORA but Dora never answers her phone or returns calls. The collections department make notes on their system but cant even offer me assistance when i tell them i cannot reach Dora. perhaps dora has colleauges.... the other matter is ABSA calling and when you answer their calls some and most of them just drop the call as the line is dead.

WHO CAN HELP ME - THIS SHOCKING SERVICE IS NEVER ENDING AND I AM HIGHLY FRUSTRATED. I have tried to comply and gone into Alberton branch who refer me to dora, online refer me to Dora. does Dora even exist.
