Where’s my money?

I deposited money into my account TWICE but my bank balance is still the same. I called them today and the lady I was on the phone with said she could see my deposits but cannot see where the money went to. If the person who works for the bank can’t tell me where my money went then who can? I genuinely don’t understand and I don’t I can trust them with my money anymore, because how can their customer service people not know where my money went? It doesn’t make sense
