Where to now

I bank with ABSA from the days they were Trust Bank. Years ago Trust bank turned the banking sector on its head with a totally new approach to amongst others customer service. Unfortunately as the years passed it went to the dogs. Recently I had the misfortune go the some of the ABSA branches to collect a credit card as example. After this I now know what ABSA means i.e. \always ****** slow action". The wait in a line to get service is akin to what one usually experience at Home Affairs. Most of the counters have a sign that requests one to \""please use next counter\"". Fine"
