Where is your staff?

<p>Can you please advise on where your staff is? See pic attached. Nobody at the counters. </p> <p>I'm trying to reset my credit card pin and i'm not able to draw money out of it, nor do payments from it, as per your call centre i must go into a branch and it must be sorted out at branch level. There is 100 accounts open on my name and all of them open and was never closed. I also can not unlink the cards as it tells me "can not unlink nominated card"</p>
