ABSA you ain't gonna fob me off! Where is my refund! You charged me twice for a single transaction. I want the extra charged refunded...I don't care if it is only R7.50, I pay you enough in bank fee's for you not to charge me twice!

For those other ABSA Clients reading this, please check your statements if you have used ABSA's online banking facility to pay a traffic fine. I was charged a double transaction fee for a single payment. Although it is a small amount, I pay ABSA enough in fee's and to charge me twice is not on. What if this is a system wide problem? Nice little earner for ABSA.
