Where is my money?

I am lost for words, my account was put on hold because of ***** matters and was had to complain on here to get help after trying to get help since august. Thank you for unblocking my account however, my balance says one amount and when I try to withdraw it says I do not have any funds available. Why is the available balance showing 1500+ if when I try to withdraw it says I have no money? If the money is mine give it back to me, if not then remove it as it is very confusing to see. Why is the money there if it is not available?
