Where is my money?

I EFt'ed R1050 from my FNB private clients account into an ABSA bank account provided to me by an ABSA employee on 4 May 2017. This account I was told is for my car loan if I would like to transfer extra each month. I was later in the month contacted by ABSA Bank asking why I have not paid my car installment? After sending them the proof of eft they then made me aware that the ABSA bank account does not exist therefor the money should bounce back into my FNB account within 2 weeks. As I am a private banker I tried to contact my private banker Alan, to assist me with this situation. He did not reply to any of my emails nor return any of my calls. I then went into the FNB branch at Somerset West mall and was told by the bank manager that I must wait in queue which was estimated at 1hour to see a consultant. He was unable to assist me. A consultant advises me that I need to do a money recall form. I did as she said and waited for them to contact me. By July 2017 I still had no contact from ABSA Bank or FNB to inform me where my money is and when will it be returned? August I went into the ABSA branch to get proof from the vehicle finance division proving the money did not go into the account. I spoke to the branch manager at the ABSA bank Somerset West Mall and told her which employee gave me the incorrect bank account. She then proceeded to tell me that this staff member is outstanding and has been working there for 11 years so she can't see how this amazing employee could have given me the incorrect information. I then went back to FNB and waited again for another hour and a half in a queue to enquire about how far they are with my situation. I was then informed that the recall form is on the system but hasn't been sent. The consultant then assured me that she would make sure my personal banker will get back to me (I still have not heard from Alan) and that she would follow up in the week. She called to say they are processing it and it should take 7-10 working days. It is now the end of August. It has been 4 months and no one can trace my money. I am an FNB private banking client and this is how I'm getting treated. When am I getting my money back? Why should I have to wait so long for my money? Why am I always forced to spend the day in a queue when you are supposed to get back to ME? It is totally unacceptable to be spoken too as if I am lying about the model ABSA employee giving me the incorrect details. Why would I deposited money into an account the supposedly does not EXIST? WHY WOULD I DELIBERATELY MAKE A MISSION FOR MYSELF TO GET MY OWN MONEY BACK! Surely this is not the service that ABSA AND FNB promises and provides their CLIENTS? I want to know when I will be getting my money back and how I will be compensated for this huge inconvenience? I look forward to hearing from you soon.
