Where is my car ABSA BANK

I am deeply disappointed in Absa bank. My name is Mr M Zwane. I refer to my complaint dated 24th April 2019. With Ref - ********** . Absa Bank where is my car. I have tried numerous times to contact Basani Hlungwane from Absa complaints department. I have left messages with her colleagues and sent her Emails which she does not reply too. Neither does she return my calls. BASANI HAVE THE DECENCY TO RETURN MY EMAILS OR CALLS. WHAT KIND OFF SERVICE IS THIS Absa Bank - I want my car that is financed on my name. Why is it so difficult for someone from this bank to give me a straight answer. It has been almost 2 weeks since I posted on hello Peter and nothing has been done. Not even a phone call.
