Where does my money go???

I have a cheque account with ABSA which I have not used in almost a year already. I had absolutely terrible service from them and then decided to move to FNB which offered me much better service.<br> <br> I changed all my debit orders from my ABSA account to my FNB account. The only time my ABSA account gets used, is at the end of the month when my salary gets paid into my ABSA , which I then transfer straight to my other account.<br> <br> HOWEVER every single month ABSA has the cheek to deduct R475 from my account the moment my salary gets deposited into my account. I phoned them and asked what it was for, and they simply said bank charges because my debit orders all \bounce"for that account - I DO NOT HAVE ANY DEBIT ORDERS!! WHERE DOES MY MONEY GO?<br> <br> I hereby wish for ABSA to phone me and please explain themselves and fix this problem since this is absolutely unacceptable and THEFT! """
