Where do I go to get my home loan account ABSA????????

ABSA your customer experience is by far the worst experience out of all South African banks. I’m just trying to find out how much the company office still owes towards its bond. I go to the branch they tell me they can’t help me, I must call ABSA home loans, I call ABSA home loans one of your agents Veronica Mabhaso tells me I must go to the branch. FIND ME MY BANKER and stop making bounc between your branches and agents
