Whenever I do something with absa there is always a problem I never get what I want without a fight.

Good day Please assist very urgently I app**** for a personal loan on the 28th was advised that it will be paid the 28th I still haven’t received the funds I am very frustrated . I called the call centre was given wrong information was advised it is with pay-outs and after that it is with the accessors and was referred to different departments the call was also cut a few times. I was transferred to the wrong department as well. I was referred to the branch yesterday 03/05/2022 was advised it will be paid out the same day , the funds is still not in my account. Whenever I do something with absa there is always a problem I never get what I want without a fight.
