When using an Absa crdit card - do you get some insurance or not?

I recently wrote to Absa Complaint Resolution suite: ...What insurance do I get from Absa because I have used my credit card for the flight ticket?

Their respsonse:...Due to security and mandate restrictions, we are unable to assist with your request via email. Kindly accept our apologies for any inconvenience. We are closing your case! Does one get any form of travel insurance when using your Absa credit card or not???
