When did ABSA drop the ball?

I have been baking with ABSA for over 15 years and have had only two issues with them, unfortunately within this year.

Firstly, with a card reissuance, which thankfully has been resolved, even though it took 2 weeks to accomplish.

Secondly, and I find this utterly pathetic, is that I have been struggling for two weeks to open a business banking account. The account manager, Kedi, called me once after a week after applying online, to gather the same information i filled out online, why go through this exercise? She then asked me to send two pieces of documents to conclude this process: my Tax number (which was filled in online before) and my proof of address (which was given online).

But or some reason, they will not accept documentation commonly given in the event of a rental of property. I provided them with the ID document of my landlord and a written statement that I reside in the premises. But no this is not "official enough" so she asked me for a bank statement from a different bank but again my forex trading account statement is not enough because it does not display 3 months. WHY? I ask you, are you looking for a proof of residence? surely it's because you want to know where I live? and the 3 months is irrelevant????? IS IT NOT? Additionally, My address on all statements sent to me from ABSA between my chequing account and credit card, ARE FOR THE EXACT SAME ADDRESS!!!.

Whats more, is they won't accept a bank account confirmation from Capitec for this trading account even though they said that they could use this!.

ABSA! Get your house in order, this is absolutely shocking and I have never been so irritated with you!
