Wheelchair customers r not a PRIORITY ABSA makes them wait on long lines like everyone ELSE

Today my mum visited Absa @ Mabopane Central City My mother is on a wheelchair & was asked to wait on a queue never has my mother been asked to wait in a queue she's on a wheelchair & has always been priority

This was very upsetting while she was waiting on a queue another gentleman also on a wheelchair was asked to wait on a queue

This is appalling as the cashiers were walking around the bank & only 1 cashier was at 1 section and the other on another section

How can all cashiers go on lunch @ the same time??? How do u ask not 1 but 2 customers on wheelchairs to wait on line??? U making ur wheelchair customers wait in a queue Where is ur sense of Ubuntu??? This is very discasting My mother has been a long time loyal customer & I've been asking her to switch banks & today' experience is seriously making her consider it

Very disappointing
