What to do to get service at ABSA ?

On Saturday, 03 Apr 2021 I went to ABSA Mokgoophong branch to cancel my cheque account. There were very few clients, I was directed to the consultant's office. I was second in a queue. The consultant left the client that she was with, and asked me what kind of assistance I needed. I told her, and she laughed and said what you need is going to take us a very long time. She went back to her office, to continue with the client that was in her office. She called two clients that came after me, to assist them - while having the client in her office. The first client was sitting and those she called stood at the door. I waited for my turn for 1hour 30 minutes, then I decided to leave. To think that I drove 35km to visit this branch, to be treated like this???
