What the hell is going on with ABSA?

Tried to make several high-value internet payments today and all failed with 'PLACE CALL FOR AUTHORIZATION'<br> <br> Call to whom, which department, and FOR WHAT? These payments have deadlines and discounts locked into them which will be forfeited if not paid on time!!!!!. I have FICA'd I have enough funds available - There is no other info available as to what the HELL IS ACTUALLY GOING ON WITH MY BANKING PROFILE!!! Please don't bother with a copy-paste response. I will make it my personal mission to ensure ABSA pays back any monies if the above funds are not paid on time because of the above f$%$%l up!
