WHAT THE HELL IS CBP CAPITALISATION???

I have once again had a major issue with the bank I really enjoyed banking with, I have now received billing that has taken nearly R500 off my account from CBP Capitalisation?????? I was never advised of any billings that would take place off my account without my authorisation, this has set me back very badly.<br> <br> I need this to be investigated immediately as I think for being a huge bank that this should never happen.<br> <br> My number is ***
