What must i do?
On the Wednesday, 22 April 2020 I called to inform Absa credit that I will not be able to meet my financial obligation due to the Coved19 Pandemic and I was advised that I need to send a blank email to this email address ***ca and I will get a reply of which document I need to make that application. I did as I was told, up until today, I have not received any response from ABSA. I have send them a news letter from my employer to day I have received my second Debit order from them, I don't know what must I do and as im typing this my one year old son doesn't have anything to eat since this was my last money.
