What is wrong with Absa

So I honestly don't know what to do anymore. I've reported my card ****** last year. I filled in and sent all the documents absa ***** department asked me to fill in and sent. But nothing has happened. Somehow a R120 000.00 was taken out of my account. R50 000.00 out of the card that I reported as ****** and then another R70 000.00 out of a card that I have not even collected from the bank. When I go in to the branch they put me on a phone. Last time I spoke to the ***** department they had me send my statement because they apparently did not have it anymore. Nobody is taking this seriously and it it a lot of money. To make things worse I was just contacted by the collections decision. How can you hand me over to collections if it is clearly *****. I am at my end. The transactions are ridiculous. R10 000.00 from atm's, R20 000.00 from a branch, R20 000.00 payments to related account but what related account? This needs to be sorted out. Plus somehow they gave R25 000.00 over my credit limit all of this in 3 days
