What is the finance fee on my credit card?
For the past 2 months, Absa has charged me a finance fee of over R960 on my credit card, OVER AND ABOVE my monthly installment. What the hell? Tried the call centre. They know nothing. I was NOT informed of a finance fee upon signing up for this.
