What is going on Absa???

Dear Absa vehicle finance.

I did not want to do this, but after taking extra money this month on my vehicle finance without an explanation, or without answering my e-mails, I had to. My monthly statement and the amount deducted (direct debit) does not show the same amount and it looks as if you took too much money without a reason communicated to me.

I e-mailed you twice already and attached the statement I received. Is it possible to speak to someone competent enough without just ignoring my request? I am very disappointed in your service. I never had issues with you before. What is going on Absa???
