what is admin fee?Why take a huge amount like this? No explanation

on the 2 April 2023 a admin fee was taken from my account on contacting the customer care line on the 3 April with no satisfy answer i went to the branch in Adderley street to ask a consultant to explain to me what is admin fee she said its your withdrawal ,bank statements and debit orders that did not go off on the date you gave then I asked her to explain to me what is transaction fees she then said it goes together with the admin fee so I asked her to tell me how can it be the same then she said I should call the call centre they have a different system they can explain to me.im being shoved around and not getting a answer why they toke R311.50 for admin fee
