What happens to my next claims

I have only one question for Absa Life. Now that my claim is declined based on that you did not know about my visit to some general doctor before I took your insurance cover,. What will happen if I have to make a claim again let's say for a different sickness? Will this reason that made you decline my claim be the reason for your rejection on my next claim. If that's the case then why you are still debiting for this cover in my bank account. I suggest that you be clear so that there will be no misunderstanding in the future and that you stop taking the money for this cover if this reason will always be your reason to decline should I make any claim
