WHat happened to work until it expires?
Dear Virgin Money Card. THANK YOU for NOT informing me that my credit card would stop working. This has caused me considerable embarrassment and hassle. The last communication I received from you said that my card would work until it expires - which is end of November 2021. And even your website FAQ's when I just checked says the same. But since yesterday (that I know of) my card has been getting declined. If this is the level of service I can expect from ABSA, I know NOT to open an account.
