What happened to the money?

On 2017/03/31 I mistakenly paid R3600.00 in one of Absa banks clients account, the moment I realised it I phoned my bank , FNB, they send me the forms to reverse this transaction, I mailed it back to fnb, whereupon on fnb,'s side mailed it to Absa, on the form it said the reversal will be done between 5-10 working days, on day 6 I went to fnb for feedback, FNB phoned Absa, give the reference nr to a certain "Mark" he said to FNB they have a huge backlog, but the money will be back in my account the same day or on the latest the next day. The next day I went back to FNB, they phone Absa again, whereupon Absa told FNB sorry the money can't be paid back because there are no money in the their clients account, they took two weeks to pay the money back, and I did phone my bank within minutes after the mistaken transfer was done to this person, Absa delayd to follow this up, because according to them they had a backlog?? And when they wanted to do the transfer they discover that the person withdrawn the money out of his account?? I blame Absa for this because they failed and delayd the correcting of this request, one day they say the money will be back in my account, and the next day there is no money to be paid back to me?? What happened, it just sound not right to me, please hellopeter can you help me get my money back, and let there be a thorough investigation into this matter.
