WHAT HAPPENED TO OUR SPOUSE'S DISCOUNT ON GOLD VALUE BUNDLE

I have had a Gold Value Bundle for some time and convinced my husband to apply for one as well. He converted his cheque account to a Gold Value Bundle as well and he received the spouse's discount for some time. Then suddenly my husband didn't receive the discount anymore, but (due to being a man) didn't notice this. This morning when I checked Absa's site, I saw that the 50% spouse's discount is still a benefit of a Gold Value Bundle. Why are we not getting this discount anymore?? I would like to have this rectified ASAP as this is dishonest and according to ABSA's website still a benefit.
