What happened to “Bringing Possibility to Life”?

Good Day, trust you are well. Please may I kindly ask that someone who is knowledgeable with Absa home loans procedures and processes contact me. I have two home loans with Absa and I honestly feel like I’m being victimised and I’m being pushed into a corner by Absa. I wrote an email in May 2020 asking for assistance on how to restructure my bonds because like every average citizen my finances were being impacted negatively by COVID-19. There was no response in April in May I got a response with CAS number then an Absa representative then called and suggested that we rather take a bond holiday. With this bond holiday we were told that that once the holiday is over then the bonds would be capitalised and then we could restructure. The holiday ended and the nightmare started... long story short, the representative wrote an email to the same email I wrote to in March to capitalise the accounts and now we were told a different story. October/ November we told that arrears and bond must be paid all at same time. Accounts are now with lawyers. I send lawyer the communications I was having with Absa rep to capitalise. Lawyer tells me to wait because she is waiting for Absa. The I get another Absa rep calling me now he wants to help me sell and he knows the process better. I tell him I don’t want to sell and ask him to write me an email, he vanishes never to be heard from. I go back to lawyer , lawyer says as soon as she hears from Absa she will revert back. While waiting for her revert back another Absa representative threatens me with Legal hand over. So now I’m completely confused, then another lawyer calls now he claims to deal directly with Absa, fantastic! I tell this guy the story again. Please go back to your client ask them to capitalise the arrears, and if possible restructure I honestly wanna pay my bonds and have a good relationship with Absa. This guy vanishes, on his return. Guy writes me a lengthy email with a whole lot of legal jargon . Please may I humbly ask that a KNOWLEDGEABLE SOMEONE ANYONE from Absa bank home loans please contact me. I would like assistance on capitalising the arrears on my bond. I was not told take taking the holiday would come back and torment me like this. I have never experienced life during a COVID Pandemic. I just want my arrears to be capitalised as promised I don’t want to sell my houses no do I want to speak to every Mary , Martha and Jane ant the bank nor do I want to speak to agents and lawyers.
