What great Service and Client care

I am writing a compliment from the bottom of my heart, to sincerely thank Absa on their process of Home Loan Application. As you all know applying for a home loan, and purchasing your first home can be quite a stressful process, but as faith would have it, Absa appointed Ernest Morgan to assist us in our application. <br> Ernest kept us up to date will all the procedures, and even if we did not understand and questioned this (which to him could have been a very silly question) is still assisted us with one of the best services I have experience. <br> Not only am I so impressed with his service, I have now decided that due to exceptional service, I want to change my banking to Absa, all because of one representative, who strived to give excellent service. Some reading this might think, another compliment, but this defines a bank, this defines great service!<br> <br> I can go on and on regarding our great experience, but I do trust, that you understand my appreciation towards Ernest Morgan. <br>
