We submitted 2 claims this month and with both the feedback has been terrible as well as you are not willing to settle any due to wear and tear - The wear and tear cannot even be reasoned as realistic!<br> <br> Do not over promise and under deliver. Sort yourselves out!<br> <br> We are re looking their insurance portfolio - you do not deserve to be supported...
