what an inconvenience!!!
after paying a huge settlement lump sum, and receiving confirmation that my account is closed. a week later whilst still waiting for a paid up letter, Absa decides to debit my account again even though its paid up and now i am inconvenienced until i am refunded.

21 May 2020, 09:49you provided me with your details but you not responding my emails and i still dont have my money back. settling my debt was a step to work on my credit score. Absa is not helping at all because i still dont have my paid up letter, secondly my personal bank account debit orders are failing because you debited my account and i must pay for your error
